The Turner|Gilbane Joint Venture Team was conceived to pursue and perform premier projects for various Government entities, and stands ready to accept the government’s challenge of delivering highly complex and technically challenging projects that add significant value to the health, security and well being of our nation. We are committed to a high level of partnership, dedication of resources, and expertise required delivering on our promise to achieve success in our venture projects.
To ensure the success of this landmark mission, Turner Construction Company and Gilbane Building Company formed a Joint Venture in November 2006 for the specific purpose pursuing and then building the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital at Fort Belvoir, Virginia and the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) in Manhattan, Kansas. With the successful award of the Fort Belvoir project by the US Army Corps of Engineers, we set our sights on winning the NBAF project. While we await the Department of Homeland Security's decision, we are looking toward the Graterford Prison for the State of Pennsylvania.
Together, we bring expert containment laboratory, research laboratory, healthcare, corrections experience and specialized technical construction knowledge as two of the nation’s largest and most successful builders, and nearly 100 years of award-winning construction history in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan and Philadelphia Regions.
Join the Turner|Gilbane Joint Venture Team, and help us achieve unprecedented success in delivering facilities that are vital to the health and security of our nation.
Thank You!
